1. Current site scope
This public site is a static marketing preview. It does not provide photo uploads, image generation, user accounts, checkout, payments, project storage or downloads. Please do not send photos to this site.
2. Information handled by this preview
The pages and synthetic example images are published as website content. The site does not ask for a selfie, create a project or provide a form for a support or waitlist submission. Standard hosting and security logs may be handled by the eventual hosting provider; the production provider and retention settings have not yet been selected.
3. Future photo processing
Before any upload opens, DateLens will publish the selected provider, processing region, retention period, training use, access controls, deletion path and consent language. Those details are not promised by this preview.
4. Accounts and payments
There is no account system, authentication, payment processor or paid entitlement on this site. The package figures on the pricing page are planning references only.
5. Deletion and data requests
No photo or project deletion action is available because this preview does not collect photos or create projects. A verified deletion process and contact route will be published before a data-collecting product launches.
6. Security
The eventual production deployment will publish its security and provider boundaries before accepting sensitive images. This page does not promise encryption, zero retention or deletion from an unselected provider.
7. Age and acceptable use
Any future photo workflow is intended for adults and will prohibit minors, non-consensual imagery, impersonation and deceptive identity use. The current preview does not accept images.
8. Updates
This notice will be updated before uploads, accounts, payments or any other personal-data workflow becomes available. Until then, the public site remains informational.
