These terms apply to the informational DateLens website. The site does not currently offer photo uploads, generation, accounts, payments, downloads or a paid service.

2. Acceptable access

You may view and link to the public pages for lawful, personal or informational purposes. Do not attempt to bypass controls, interfere with hosting or represent the concept pages as an active photo service.

3. Prohibited uses

Do not use the site or any future DateLens workflow to:

• Upload or request images of minors or people without clear consent;
• Impersonate another person or facilitate deceptive identity claims;
• Create non-consensual, sexually explicit, defamatory or harassing imagery;
• Facilitate fraudulent identity verification or counterfeit documents;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt or systematically scrape the site.

4. Examples and intellectual property

The visual examples on this site are synthetic or AI-generated concept material. They are not customer work or testimonials. Site text, design and assets may not be presented as your own or as evidence of a completed customer transaction.

5. No transaction or entitlement

The package names and future price references do not create an offer, order, payment obligation, account, license or download entitlement. No refund, retry or delivery commitment applies because no paid service is active.

6. AI limitations

Any future generative workflow would produce probabilistic visual interpretations and could be inaccurate. DateLens will not guarantee likeness, matches, social interactions or algorithmic promotion.

7. Changes before launch

These terms and the privacy information will be revised before any feature that accepts photos, creates accounts or processes payments opens.

8. Independent status

DateLens is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Instagram or Match Group, LLC.
