1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DateLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Adult Eligibility and Authorization (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DateLens. By uploading photos, you certify that you are an adult and that all uploaded photographs are of yourself, or of an adult who has granted you explicit written authorization.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use DateLens to:

• Upload photos of children, minors, or individuals without their explicit consent;
• Impersonate any other person or facilitate deceptive identity representations;
• Create non-consensual, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harassing imagery;
• Facilitate fraudulent identification, spoofing, or counterfeit documentation;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or systematically scrape our service or infrastructure.

4. Ownership and License Rights

You retain full copyright and ownership of the source photos you upload. For generated results, you receive a personal license to download, use, and publish your generated photos on your personal social media and dating profiles. Generated images may not be used for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.

5. Packages, Recovery, and Refunds

All package fees are one-time payments; DateLens does not offer recurring subscriptions. If generation encounters a technical failure, the affected work can be recovered from your project dashboard at no additional charge. Preference-based reshoots are not included; refund terms are provided prior to purchase.

6. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

Generative AI produces probabilistic visual interpretations. Minor variations in lighting, background, or facial features may occur. DateLens does not guarantee specific matches, dating responses, social interactions, or algorithmic reach on third-party platforms.

7. Platform Independence

DateLens is an independent service and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Instagram, or Match Group, LLC.
